We have a new exciting opportunity within our Swedish Customer Care team for a Customer Care Agent. You will work in a dynamic environment where every day is different to provide our customers with an excellent service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish
  • Assisting clients with any questions regarding Movinga and our services
  • Solving problems with initiative and responding to customer queries across multiple channels
  • Maintaining a high level of motivation, enthusiasm and professionalism on a daily basis 

Your profile

  • You are naturally empathetic with excellent listening skills and a pleasant telephone manner
  • You have a strong background in customer service
  • You strive to provide the best experience and you have a customer-oriented mindset
  • You are reliable and have strong organizational skills
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, team-oriented environment
  • You are confident with IT systems: MS Office, Salesforce.com preferably
  • You are fluent in Swedish and ideally Norwegian, Danish or Finnish
