B2B Sales Manager (Sweden)

Your responsibilities

  • Representing our brand in a professional, informative and confident manner
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to potential B2B partners
  • Advising potential partners, handling objections and closing deals
  • Working with the lead pipeline to close deals successfully
  • Identifying and actively research for business opportunities  and developing the lead pipeline
  • Engaging in qualified conversations to identify the potential partner’s main challenges and offer professional and well-informed solutions to the challenges the company faces
  • Continuously working towards sales-targets and improving your KPI’s
  • Managing the continuous relationship with the clients as Key Account Manager through different CRM channels (retaining partners long-term)
  • Writing and managing invoices and payments
  • Reporting to your manager concerning the development of the sales process



Your profile

  • You have previous experience in sales and/or handling B2B customers over the phone
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are confident to conduct difficult negotiations over the phone 
  • You can identify the challenges faced by the potential partner and offer qualified solutions while handling objections and closing deals
  • You are patient and willing to invest time in building sustainable long-term relationships with partners over time
  • You are disciplined in your approach to daily activity planning and goal setting and can work toward set targets
  • You are enthusiastic, self-motivated and hands-on with a strong work ethic
  • You are an excellent listener, desire to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies
  • You can deal in a friendly manner both with co-workers and clients
  • You possess excellent Swedish skills (both spoken and written)
